Nithi ventured into Education back in 1999 and established an Institute in Chennai offering the Heriot-Watt MBA in Chennai. Prior to that Nithi was Head of a Business School in Malaysia wherein he was responsible for managing undergraduate programs from UK and Australia.

Nithi has much experience in the education sector and has also supported students going for studies to the UK, assisted students on visa and part of the alumni team that presently offers Pre-departure sessions to students departing to Strathclyde to study. Nithi also runs a training company under the name of Radiant Vista Global Leadership with a set up in the United States and India and is also a Leadership training program trainer for a UK company that delivers training for Nokia worldwide.

Kathir sets the strategic direction, promotes ScotsHunt’s values and client-first culture and focuses on ensuring the company’s sustainable growth and driving long-term strategy. In this role, Kathir oversees ScotsHunt’s broad digital services portfolio. This includes Digital Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Blockchain solution offering. He has done successful cross border trade facilitations which includes both imports and exports (commodities , Food and Beverages).

Kathir is a broadly experienced technology executive with a proven track record of driving digital transformation through focused execution, often in challenging and highly competitive market segments. Kathir has worked across different roles in Technology vertical – Consulting , Program Management, Sales and Business Development. Kathir has a deep understanding of customer focused consulting solutions and a track record of serving large enterprises with engagements in UK , USA , India and Malaysia. Kathir had a long stint with Cognizant Consulting before cofounding ScotsHunt Management Consulting.

Kathir is qualified as an MBA graduate from Strathclyde Business School , Scotland UK and Computer Science engineer from Anna University Chennai. He is also an expert in Technical analysis of Financial Markets. He is also the co-founder of India Based start up - ScotsGrad (education consulting).

An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an M.Sc., in Tourism Management from the Scottish Hotel School, University of Strathclyde UK,Ashok Anantram was one of the earliest IIM graduates to enter the Indian hospitality industry. He joined India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) in 1970 and after a brief stint proceeded to the UK on a scholarship. On his return to India, he joined ITC Hotels Limited in 1975. Over 30 years in this organization, he held senior leadership positions in Sales & Marketing and was Vice President – Sales & Marketing. He was closely involved in decision making at the corporate level and saw the chain grow from a single hotel in 1975 to a very large multibrand professional hospitality group. He led a large team of Sales & Marketing professionals and handled all aspects of the function both with in India and overseas through the Group's association with Star wood.

During his stint at ITC hotels he also headed the Human Resource & Training functions for a brief period.

Ashok Anantram represented the company at several interactions with Government and Industry Associations on Tourism and Hospitality. He also held key positions in tourism industry bodies including Vice Chairman of the PATA Indian Chapter and Executive Committee member of the India Convention Promotion Bureau.

He has a passion for teaching and have been faculty at numerous programmes related to marketing and hospitality. He was a visiting faculty in the Department of Marketing, University of Strathclyde, UK and taught Sales & Marketing in their MBA programme for three years.

Following his retirement in 2003, he moved to Chennai and, worked for two years as President - Business Development at Apollo Hospitals Ltd.

Currently he is a Consultant- Sales & Marketing with leading Hotels & Resorts for the last seven years.
