The Technicon autoanalyzer In compiling appendix I, the author has found that, a t the moment, the majority of published methods for enzyme automation are based on the Technicon system. It is therefore convenient to introduce the principles of automated assay by reference to this system. Several continuous flow systems have been described in the literature.
